Leukopenia or More Going On? Male, 32 Went to ER 4 times as I have lost 40 pounds in 2 months, am weak, fatigued, pain in all joints, cant hold down much more than Ensure, night sweats (65 degrees in house), cuts and bruises not healing, bleeding, chest pressure, and recent diagnosis of COPD - ER Doc had me get HIV test due to leukopenia - Negative (CBC): Component - Your Value - Standard Range WBC 9.6 thou/ul 4.5 - 11.0 thou/ul Neutrophil 97 % 40 - 70 % Lymphocyte 2 % 15 - 45 %

It could be malignancy or Paraneoplastic syndromes. Tuberculosis also needs to be ruled out or some Vasculitis process.
