What Causes Fatigue Along With Body Ache And Swollen Lymph Nodes?

Hi, I am a 28-year-old Caucasian female. My symptoms go back to August 2015. I had moderate fatigue, chronic swollen lymphnodes in my neck, night sweats and body aches. My doctor order EVERY test you could imagine. From CBC, to thyroid, mono, connective tissue, lupus, Lyme, HIV other STD tests and more. Everything came back normal. My vitamin D was a little low. Over the next couple months she ordered several ultra sounds, Chest xrays and CT s. The only thing that came back was several swollen lymph-nodes all over my body. Neck, chest, abdomen, groin. She then sent me to a Ear, nose and throat doctor (at this point I was having these symptoms for 7 months) he was completely convinced that I had lymphoma. (I had most of the symptoms minus itchiness and weight loss) He wanted to do a cervical biopsy. He removed a 2.5cm and 5cm nodes. The pathology report came back as reactive nodes with no malignancy. He then did a sleep apnea test, which came back as normal. He referred me back to my primary doctor. She was baffled and stopped tests. She told me it was stress and sent me on my way. I suffered through the symptoms until March 2017 I started to develop these moderate to severe aches in both of my arms. The pain never went away, I would mask it with ibuprofen 800 mg and Tylenol, sometimes loritabs. After a couple of weeks the pain was in my shoulders, chest and upper back. It feels like fullness in the chest and upper back, and my arms and shoulders just ache all the time. I have shortness of breath but my 02 sats are always in the mid 90 s, I sleep 12 hours a day and wake up tired still. My lymph-nodes are not as big but they are still everywhere, all over my body and over 2 cm. She ordered more chest xrays and ct s, I am allergic to the contrast dye, so most of the ct s that I get aren t that great...this time my chest xray came back abnormal. I ll include the notes from the RT. ( this was in May 2017) She had me do the ct, which came back as inflammation to the right upper lung, enlarged hilar Atypical. She referred me for an appointment with a Pulmonologist and a Infectious disease specialist. The pulmonologist cant see me until August 16th, the IDS until Sept 25th. Being in May that was a long time to wait for answers. I want answers. I am terrified that these specialist will blow me off and tell me i m fine, i m not fine. My doctor and the RT seem to think its Pulmonary Sarcoidosis or lymphoma, even though my report says, classic appearance of pulmonary sarcoid is not present. I cant seem to find anything online that has symptoms of pain in arms, shoulders, chest and back, beside arthritis which my doctor ruled out. I do not have weight loss. In fact I quit smoking 2 years ago and gained 25lbs. I don t have any skin rashes. My grandma did pass away from lung cancer, however she was a smoker most of her life. I know my appointment is coming soon but I have been let down so many times when I just want to know what is wrong with me. Below I will include my most recent CT reports. Thyroid gland is mildly prominent. Small sliding hiatal hernia. Mild fluid distention of the esophagus superiorly and inferiorly. The heart is normal size The great vessels are normal in size and contour. Multiple subcentimeter lymphnodes are scattered throughout the mediastinum and hila which in conjunction with pulmonary vasculature correlates with prominence of the hila. Multiple subcentimeter and promient lymph nodes are present within the axilla. The promient lymph nodes contain fatty hila and could be reactive. Slight prominence of the hilum with questionable reticulonodular opacities. Suspect atypical infectious or inflammatory process multifocally throughout right upper lobe. Cluster subcentimeter lymph nodes throughout the mediastinum and hila. Classic appearance of pulmonary sarcoid is not present.

Hello

* The issue sounds to be of auto immune process reflecting as various manifestations. In which all of the tests reveal no positive findings.

* As a last resort, DNA analysis with experts can reveal some of the secondary mutational changers in genes or so forth at micro molecular level to help in the further case studies.

Hope I have answered your query.
