I am seemingly always cold and have been experiencing increased fatigue over the past few months. I crash around 1 or 2 o'clock everyday and have experienced some fogginess while trying to focus in college. I have also been experiencing some mood swings, but I am not sure if those are just a result of the fatigue. I eat healthy and do not use alcohol or drugs at all. What can I do to help with these symptoms?

Hi Thank you for asking HCM I have gone through your query.Usually most people who get chronic fatigue after suffering from cold is due to sinusitis. So it is better to rule out that by consulting an ENT specialist.Blood routine should also be carried out to rule out other causes like anemia .Due to nasal block from that you will be getting less oxygen and will be tired even after 8 hours sleep. For this i advise nasal decogesants and antibiotics if necessary.I also advise vitamin C chewable form for long term which also give very good effects in my patients.Hope this may help you. Let me know if you have any further query.
