Seek medical attention as the symptoms could indicate a serious medical condition that requires prompt treatment. Some potential causes of the symptoms you described include:
* Dehydration: Intense physical activity, such as playing football, can cause the body to lose water and electrolytes, leading to dehydration. This can cause symptoms such as rapid heartbeat, chest pain, and dizziness.
* Heat exhaustion or heat stroke: Playing football in hot weather can lead to heat exhaustion or heat stroke, which can cause symptoms such as rapid heartbeat, chest pain, dizziness, and vision problems.
* Panic attacks or anxiety: The physical exertion and pressure of playing football can trigger panic attacks or anxiety, which can cause symptoms such as rapid heartbeat, chest pain, and shaking.
* Heart conditions: In rare cases, symptoms such as rapid heartbeat, chest pain, and vision problems could be due to an underlying heart condition, such as an arrhythmia or angina.

Your son needs to see a doctor to determine the underlying cause of his symptoms and to receive appropriate treatment. A doctor can perform a physical examination, run diagnostic tests, and provide a proper diagnosis and treatment plan.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
