Hi welcome to HCM.
Elevated heartbeat in your case is possibly due to an underlying arrhythmic process being operated in the conduction system of the heart.I advise you to have a baseline ecg and a 2 dimensional echo to rule out organic heart disease. Most of the cases are benign and self limited.Reduce the intake of coffee. In certain cases drugs like beta blockers will help.Refractory cases require electrophysiological studies to document the cause.Radiofrequency ablation will help to offer permanent cure.Consult your cardiologist for further care.
Thank you.
