What Causes Fast Heartbeat?

hello .. I m 28 years old man I m 5.6 and 220 lb and I m a smoker .. and i had my gallbladder removed 2 years a go .. cause of small stones was in it .. and after i have lived my life normally .. and a weird thing start to happen .. 2 month a go ..i ate KFC .. and then in mins my heart was beating very fast ..i went to the hospital and they checked everything related to my heart and they put the 24 Hours Monitor recording for heart beat and everything with good and normal .. and yesterday i had Chines food .. and i ate allot ..full fat and oil food ... and in mins after finish eating my heart start to beats very fast reached 128 a min .. I m very confused .. i don t have any diseases problems .. I m very worried .. please help me

I have reviewed your query and here is my advice. I think it's not a matter of worry. It's probably anxiety and post meals sometimes heart rate may rise. 128 is not that too high. Also you should monitor your pulse rate. I guess it's not of rapid onset and offset, was it associated with giddiness, fainting, chest pain, if yes, let me know, then you will need further investigation.
