What Causes Fast Heart Rate While Exercising Along With Dizziness?

I am a 41 year old female blood pressure is 126 over 70 ,I take no medications .I feel light headed and dizzy more frequently ,I have always been pretty healthy also Im about 50lbs overweight when I exercise my heart rate goes up high really fast .What could be wrong i feel like something is.?

Thank you for your query . I can understand your concern . Heart rate normally goes up during exercise. It is a completely normal phenomenon. No need to worry about that. For the overweight part , you can stick to a balanced diet of cereals, protein , a little bit of fat , vegetables , fruits . Now coming to the dizziness. It can be due to a lot of reasons like general fatigue , cardiac problems and many others. I would suggest you to consult a cardiologist . There is not much to worry . You can post any other query.
