Hi, i had the weirdest experience today. In the morning around 8am i took collagen pills. Before 11am i ate a a lot of raw cashews with chocolate and later a piece of bread with sunflower seed oil and some herbs. After the meals i took a Benefiber pill. I also took a 325mg aspirin(i had a very bad virus just a week before that). OK, so all that led to me faiting while talking on the phone with my mom... I had a white spot and didn t remember anyhting for a few minutes. All that i know was that i woke up on the floor and felt really weak.I could not move well the upper muscles of my legs(iliopsas, pectineus or adductor…) and hands(triceps, caput longum…). They still feel stiff. The other bad thing which happened was that apparently I bit my tongue while fainted. It is not really bad but you can see dark spots and almost blood in the front. Nothing on the back. I tried to replicate the biting, but for some reason my teeth pattern does not match perfectly bitten area… After the fainting I went to the bathroom 3 times in 2h. All 3 times my stool looked dark and the urine very light. My urine is still very light… So this is what happened…I just want to know what is going on and what should I do first thing Monday.
