What Causes Faded Brownish Spots On Forehead?
I have faded brownish spots on my forehead then now 4 of them after 10 month around the first one some times they re noticeable some times not, heat trigger them more, just in the upper center of my forehead , I am a married 38 years old male with olive skin

According to your complaints it could be melasma.
I would recommend you to use a broad spectrum sunscreen during the day time along with depigmenting cream containing kojic acid on the marks twice daily.
These creams should be used under the supervision of the doctor.
