What Causes Facial Spots?

bad spots have developed on my cheeks and jaw over the past year. my forehead has always been clear and remains clear. i am 23 years old. never suffered from more than one or two spots at a time before now. i have had and still have no other medical problems. im 5'2" and weigh 8 stone 2 pounds.
