What Causes Facial Pinprick Sensation, Blurred Vision, Leg, Kidney And Joint Pain?

ima 42yr old male,former heroin addict for 25yrs.I have random stabbing pains that range from a tiny gold pin prick sensation in my face to a very painfull stabbing pain in my leg that goes a couple of inches deep,blurred vision that gets worse with the beat of my pulse with stabbing in my face,it feels like its coming from my veins underneath my eyes,kidney pains,joint aches thats bad in my fingers and toes.

Step 1 : get a Physicain Opinion ( to rule out possible organic cause)
step 2: get a Psychiatrist opinion ( to evaluate underlying stress & if required he will prescribe Pschotropics)
