Chronic sinus problems for years, generally can over, 6 weeks off antibiotic and prednisone but no relief,facial pain, jaw pain vision loss, base of the back of skull tender, noticing not always easy to swallow but throat looks normal. Headaches and concentration loss. Allergies: Aspirin and morphine 54yo f

Hi.

I also recommend initiation if management approach of a condition called gastroesophageal reflux disease, like:

Avoid alcohol
Avoid smoking
Avoid long gaps between meals
Avoid overeating
Avoid spicy food
Avoid fatty food
Avoid oily food
Avoid fried food
Avoid carbonated drinks
Avoid tea
Avoid coffee
Drink plenty of water
Use 1 tablet of 30 mg lansoprazole once every morning before breakfast
Lose weight if you are overweight or obese
Try having your last meal of the day at least 2-e hours before bedtime
Avoid vigorous exercise
and other such approaches.
