What Causes Facial Numbness With Lumps In Neck?
I am a 29 year old asthma patient. I have started having chest pain,facial numbness and twitching,and I also noticed a pea sized lump in the right side of my neck behing a vein. I had Bells Palsy about three months ago but I did not have the swollen nodule on the neck. Do you have any suggestions as to what this may be?

as per your history i feel you need to meet the physician and get the swelling evaluated, and blood test done.
the lump in the neck can be due to lymph node enlargement secondary to infection or allergy. or a nerve swelling as well
