What Causes Facial And Neck Pimples, Oozing Hand Blisters And Itchy Rashes?

in the past 24 hours i have developed what looked like a bunch of small pimples along my hairline in front of my ears on my neck and chin and under my chin and on my hands they developed into small blisters which then broke and the fluid from them caused a rash on my face and hands the rash is extremely itchy and is causing a lot of pain

Hello,

I can understand your concern for the facial and neck pimples, oozing hand blisters and itchy rashes. After analyzing your query I can make a possibility of Shingles or medically known as Hepres zoster.
It is quite important to take an antiviral medication for this kind of illness. I prefer to give either Famcyclovir or Valacyclovir or Acyclovir in your kind of illness according to the body weight. you can meet a doctor and take further guidance.
Till the time you meet a doctor you can apply an antibiotic cream containing mupirocin and take antihistamine such as cetrizine.
