What Causes Face And Nail Cracking?

I have been experiencing lack of memory, low energy, my nails have always been very strong= they now crack so easily in both directions...my face is breaking out as well...never use to happen to me. I am deficient in something and wondering if its omega 3 or something else.

Hello,

As per your case history, you have a vitamin B12 deficiency. My treatment advice is -
1. Take good nutritious diet full of green leafy vegetables and milk.
2. Take an iron supplement and vitamin B12 supplement once daily for three months.
3. Apply an emollient cream like Enmoist cream twice daily on face. If the problem persists, then consult a dermatologist.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Harshit Bhachech
