What Causes Eyes Straining On Focusing With An Eye Spot?
Hi. I have this condition with my eyes. Its very much strained. I cant even focus on a person who's talking to me for more than several seconds. The eyes feel like they need to shut. There's also a large black spot are below the eyes and its very tensed. what could this be?

Well from your history , it seems to be a case of DRY EYE...
For this , you need to start Lubricating eye drops...viz Carboxy methyl cellulose or hydroxy propyl methyl cellulose...
Secondly black spot on lower eyelid needs Dermatologist intervention...
