What Causes Eye Strain With Giddiness?
In apr-09 I had power of RE: -0.25 & -0.25 (s&c) @120 degrees and LE: -0.50 & -0.50 @90 degrees.As I was able to read with out spectacles I have not used all the time.Recently started strain and when I go to bed turning left hand side I am feeling giddy as I close my eyes...but on the RHS I am able to sleep with out giddyness.After some time am able to sleep normally with out any issues.
It's almost 2 years and I have n't tested...my eyes ...Please suggest....

refractive power is less so you can manage without it. but you wil get strain. so is better touse it. do a refraction and use the specs. at bed time you can remove it
