One thing is clear you have got hypothyroidism. Now you have got blackish red dis charge and loss of vision in one eye. So you need a complete eye examination. Vision refraction fundus examination and measurement of IOT. general health check up to exclude hypertension and diabetes. With all these investigation and examination final diagnosis can be made. so as treatment can be effective. In new york all effective treatment are possible.
