Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service.
I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

It is degenerative process of retina. There can be holes tear or peripheral detachment. Floaters should be kept under check. Repeated fundus examination should be done. Can consult a retina surgeon to check degenerative process. Laser application can be considered on peripheral detachment.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Ashok Kumar Dash
