What Causes Extreme Tiredness And Sleeplessness?
Im 50 years old, and got 2 grandkids [ 9 months and 5 years old] I take care of . The question is Im tried all the time can not get any good sleep and drain , like all the the energy is gone everything I have tried don t seems to work ,I take b12 shots and iron but still tried

You must be having anemia, for which you are taking the shots and as quite clearly your exhaustion still persists you may even require a blood transfusion to correct the deficiency. At times when oral or injectable supplementation does not help to quickly correct the deficiency, then blood transfusions may be in order. Please speak to your doctor about the same.
