What Causes Extreme Tendency To Fall Asleep?

help
I was wandering if I have some sort of sleeping disorder because this happens a lot and sometimes daily. I do get enough sleeps at night and after work. I normally take naps also. but during the days when im at work. I tend to fall asleep. Times when i'm on the phone with a customer or an employee. I'll suddenly knock out within seconds and then realize I just fallen asleep and asked the person I was talking with to repeat themself.
To be honestN in my life there is a lot going on also. I'm vvery depressed and have rhought about suicide many times before. Usually with a lot of stuff going on in life I just don't wanna be around anyone. I usually don't talk about it with anyone or around anyone. In order for myself to be cured. I usually go to sleep just to get away from it.

HI
Thank for asking to HCM
I really appreciate your concern and from the history given here I could say that if you are sleeping more that than seven hours continuously then this is the hypersomnia and the underlying cause of this need to be found out the common cause of this is Narcolepsy, hope this information helps you, take care and have a nice day.
