What Causes Extreme Sleepiness After Taking Tryptomer?

I have a mild high blood pressure for a couple of months and taking tablet nulong 10 mg once a day.for last few days I have mild headache and slight heavuness in neck region. my doctor suggested me Tryptomer 10 mg for a month but single dose me cost me dearly as I am feeling extremely sleepy whole day and quite uncomfortable.pl suggest me should I continue the same.

Tryptomer causes sleepiness as a side effect.
I would recommend you to reduce the dosing to 5 mg night time and if it still causes sleepiness consult your doctor and get it changed.
