General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

I am sorry for the hair loss problem you are having.

At your age, 21 years old, there are various factors causing your hair to fall including:
- hormonal changes
- fungal infection of the head
- changing hair shampoo frequently
- dandruff

If I was your caring doctor would advise to run a microscopical examination of head hair and skin scrapping to rule out fungal infection.

Next, a complete hormonal balance is advised to test in order to evaluate the levels of your sexual hormones.

Finpecia can be used only if hormonal baldness is confirmed as advised above.

Hope it was of help!
