I have been experiencing extreme fatigue over the last week, along with rapid heart rate, insomnia, and heartburn. I am wondering if I should be worried about this or just ride it out. I am 5ft 3in tall female weighing 225 lbs. I am 46 years old and on Metoprolol er Succinate 100mg once a day for high bp.

Extreme fatigue and rapid heart rate is most like palpitations and need cardiac profile assessment like ECG, echo and perfusion work up. And no wonder you have these issues. The weight of 225 pounds is lethally obese and needs to be managed.
