What Causes Extreme Fatigue With Body Chill?

I woke up this morning feeling VERY tired. after about 1/2 hr I realized that I'm constantly stretching (like a cat does when they lay down & stretch o the point of almost being a crescent moon). I also was extremely cold but since the weather has just started getting cold here I thought I just wasn't used to it. I turned my heater on but it did nothing to take off the chills. then I realized that when I get a fever I constantly stretch to where it almost hurts. I took some aleve in addition to my other meds (morphine, protonix, lisinopril,). I'm also taking estroven, mucinex (I have a congested ear) & 2.5 mg of percocet. my thermometer isn't reliable so I always take it in both ears but no fever. it's now been about 2 1/2 hrs since I've taken those meds (I took 4 over the counter ones, I think 600 mgs each) & my fever is now at 102. I need to know when I should consider going to the ER. in 2012 I had pneumonia twice so I'm VERY concerned about having that again! I also went to the ER 4 times that year because my body was having some kind of reactions to my pain meds.

Hi. Yes you should go to the ER, for the clinical examination and may be for investigations if your Doctor thinks so. Chills can have a hidden reason like an infection which is deep seated.
