What Causes Extreme Fatigue While On Wellbrutin And Cymbalta?

Hi, I am experiencing extreme fatigue. I sleep over 8 hours per day and would continue to sleep if i didnt have a job. I have a hard time exercising because i have knee replacements, neuropathy in both feet and a couple bolts and screws in L3 and L4. I have been taking percocet, neurontin,mobic,wellbutrin for the past 10 years, i also take cymbalta. I understand that my medication alone can bring on fatigue, but i have never felt this sleepy allllllllll the time Ever. i take all of the b vitamins, d, fish oil, coq10, potassium/magnesium. HELP PLEASE!!!!

Hello thanks for asking from HCM for your health related queries

I can understand your concern. The symptoms like day time tiredness, fatigue etc should not be ignored. You are taking multivitamins and are on Cymbalta and Wellbutrin still the symptoms are persisting. Cymbalta is Duloxetine and Wellbutrin is Bupropion, both drugs doesn't cause tiredness, fatigue. As even on these drugs your symptoms are persistent so most likely these symptoms are occurring due to persisting symptoms of depression. Please visit your psychiatrist again and ask for any dose changes if needed. Increasing the dose of Cymbalta would help to improve the mood and will reduce the tiredness. Please visit your psychiatrist for prescription of the drugs.
