Hello Dr. Kumar For years now, after having a bowel movement (completely normal one0 not contipated nor antyhing else, I feel very very weak aftewards and extreme fatigue for the entire rest of the day. Could you give me a few reasons as to why this may be ? is this a condition? i am thnking that it may blood coming out with the bowels ? Thank you very much Yael

Well there can be many reasons for symptoms you mention in query like IBS , gastritis , constipation or bleeding ( blood loss ) due to hemorrhoids or anal fissure . I would suggest you to consult gastroenterologist fr proper examination . Doctor may ask got stool test , ultrasound or physical examination . Doctor may prescribe ornidazole , omeprazole , anti inflammatory or may refer you to general surgeon for surgical removal of hemorrhoids .
