What Causes Extreme Fatigue Along With Neck Pain And Headache?

I have been experiencing extreme fatigue and pain for a week. As it continues I get worse. I can barely stay awake and now have developed a severe headache and neck stiffness. Went to ER 2 days ago and was given Tylenol and told it was probably viral after a urine culture. I m just not myself and am getting very concerned.

it can be general debility.maintain hydration urine culture is indicated in uti. viral infection is self limiting and does not require any treatment.can have refraction and if any defect is detected then due correction can be given take multivitamin vitamin c tablet.
