What Causes Extreme Drainage From Vagina With History Of Colostomy?
My sister in law had rectal cancer and a perm. Colostomy in October 2014. Undergoing chemo at this time. My question is why is she still having extreme drainage from the vaginal area? No blood, no odor, slightly cloudy. They had to re-open the flap once to drain excess fluid and put another drain tube in. Drainage had gone away but has recently come back

Excessive discharge from vaginal area should be evaluated by a surgeon of your locality.
The discharge can be due to rectovaginal fistula, perianal fistula or local lesions in the vagina.
