What Causes Extreme Dizziness?
i feel weak n dizzness since day before yesterday. & i have done blood test n it was normal, including hb/pcv/blood suger, but still i feel same. sometimes i feel where am i, am i really in the road or at home, n i have fear am i dying n very strange feelings. why is that happening.

As dizziness comes in vertigo,low blood sugar level, heart problem(decreased blood output from heart ), inner ear(vestibular problem),low blood pressure and in certain diseased condition.
As your Blood sugar,Hb were normal.
As your dizziness should be assessed with physical and systemic examination by the physician and other relevant investigation like ECG will help to rule out the problem.

I really appreciate your concern and I would like to say that because of hypoglycemia this might have happened even though your blood glucose turned normal, but at that particular incidence this might be low and body correct this if this transient, you have not mentioned your age and gender otherwise much better reason could have been sort out, take care and have a nice day.
