What Causes Excruciating Pain In Abdomen And Navel Area?
Two nights ago I had excruciating pain in my lower right abdominal area. I couldn t move the only relief was to stay in a fetal position. The next morning I was fine. Today I feel pain around my navel area and am quite bloated. I have no fever, no v/ n/ d. I just don t feel right.

I really appreciate your concern, certain common conditions are there like appendicitis, renal stone, biliary disease may needs investigations till then it can be managed with Tab Dicyclomine with Acetaminophen, but better to get done the examination prior to start this medicines hope this information helps.
