What Causes Excessive Weight Loss, Abdominal Pain And Sweating?
14yr.old male with symptoms of excessive weight loss, heart palpations, anxiety, fatigue, excessive sweating with body odor even after bathing, upper abdomen pain. TSH normal. CBC normal except for high neutrophils and low lymphocytes. Absolute values normal. What could this indicate? Any suggestions on other tests or labs?

First of all it's sad to know what you had been going through lately.
Based on the history you have shared, it's good that baseline workup is normal however serum cortisol levels, urinary catecholamines levels, as well as serotonin levels, needs to be reviewed.
