What Causes Excessive Weight Gain While Suffering From IBS?

I had an EGD and a colonoscopy done. My GI doctor told me that my bariatric doctor that performed my surgery left my pouch to big. I asked her if I had stretched my pouch since it has been more than 10 years I had my gastric bypass and her answer was no. My stomach stays bloated I was diagnosed with IBS-C and she found ulcers. I have never been able to reach my goal I was weighing 437lbs and now I weigh 230lbs and no matter what I do I cant loose weight. Do you think a gastric bypass revision is necessary since I have been struggling to loose weight and it just does not come off instead it is coming on because I use to weigh 210lbs, the least I have ever weighed. I am also struggling with a thyroid problem but as of now I have it under control. Should I be looking into a revision.
