What Causes Excessive Weight Gain After Taking Progyluton?

I use the tablet progolyoton for periods.. i have used 21 tablets.. n i never find any result right now.. n i also gain my weight during the use of this medicine.. i use 3 tablets osnate D , fefol vit and progolyoton acording to doctor s instruction. N m 25 years old n m still unmarried n m facing this problem frm 8 to 9 years.. when i use any medicine then m alright otherwise m still in that condition. Now i use these tablets which i mentioned above.. now what should i have to do? Please tell me the authentic solution

Hi I think you should go for evaluation first. Get a thyroid profile and prolactin level and a ultrasound done to see uterus and ovaries to find out the cause of irregular periods. It can be due to thyroid disorder or uterine or ovarian pathology. If anything is abnormal, it can be treated. Try some exercise and dieting to reduce the weight. Progyluton can result in weight gain. Hope it helps.
