What Causes Excessive Vaginal Bleeding After Taking Emergency Contraceptive Pill?

Hi I took a morning after a week ago and it was during ovulation. Since then I ve been bleeding heavily non stop and with blood clots. Is this normal? J also have the normal period symptoms like tender breasts and bloated stomach abs gas. I m 41. Thank you

I really appreciate your concern no this is not normal but such bleeding may happens when taken some hormone medicines wait for some time this would be normal one if the bleeding continue then you need to see the Gynecologist, such symptom may be due to menopause, and rule out this, hope this information helps, take care.
