What Causes Excessive Tears From Eye In The Mornings?

Excessive tear is sqeezing out from my right eye (less severe in left eye). It becomes more sever in the morning time immediately after out from the bed . I am 62 years old, both eyes cataract operated in 2009, having spects with small power. Before cataract, I had high power glass abot -7. My weight is 65kg. Height is 5feet 8 inches. No BP, no diabetics and any other deseases.

Hello
It seems from the history that you are having problem of excessive watering from eyes.
This may be because of chronic dacryocystitis as a result of obstruction to the flie of tears.
The treatment of this condition is by use of antibiotic eye drops to treat infection and definitive treatment is by surgery.
Hence I advice you to consult your doctor for examination and treatment accordingly.
