What Causes Excessive Sweating Along With Headaches?

Yes, I a quad my sister has to work my bowel program by the way of digital stimulation. I m now experiencing sweats and headache, stomach feels funny. I black out for 15 to maybe 30 mins., my last colonoscopy was about 3 years ago that was good. Was put on Linzess, to high for my budget, so I do warm prune juice. She maybe be performing it incorrectly! Carolyn

Hello,

As per your clinical history, is concerned please follow like this-
1) Do a clinical examination by your doctor and to confirm do CBC with differential.
2) Discuss with your doctor about injectable [iron and vitamin B12]
Do follow lifestyle modifications like this-
1) Take iron-rich foods to include beef and other meats, beans, lentils, iron-fortified cereals, dark green leafy vegetables, and dried fruit.
2) Take folic acid which can be found in citrus fruits and juices, bananas, dark green leafy vegetables, legumes, and fortified bread, cereals, and pasta.
3) Take [Vitamin B-12] and this vitamin is found naturally in meat and dairy products.
4) Take foods containing vitamin C such as citrus fruits, melons, and berries that help increase iron absorption.
