Hello. I have a sleep question. This happens all the time. At least 3 times a week. But I will crash asleep and wake up way later then I was supposed too. My dad will get upset with me ovee conversations we ve had or had I wouldn t get out of bed. Lots of times I will do things and not remember it. I almost always fall back asleep according to my dad. Today, I somehow asked someone to come over while not remembering it. Is this an issue? It happens all the time and has become a very large burden.
