What Causes Excessive Sleep After Doing A Productive Activity?

After a week of productive activity, my body will shut down and I will sleep for an entire day. I can't keep my eyes open to wake up and be productive. I also had problems as a child with sleep walking, talking and sleep paralysis. Could I have a sleep disorder?

Sleep is the most effective form of relaxation. It is essential for the body to maintain its full functionality. If you have a deep sleep after a days of tiring work, don't bother if its refreshing. Sleep walking, sleep talking and sleep paralysis are sleep disorders commonly seen in children, that will come down with age. Having them in childhood doesn't make it likely to reappear in adulthood. You don't seem to have any sleep disorder
