As per your query you are suffering from excessive salivation specially during night . The symptoms you mention in query are pointing towards a condition known as as acidic reflux . When there is excessive acid production in stomach during night body start producing excessive saliva to neutralize the acidity . I would suggest you to avoid eating heavy and spicy food specially at night , eat at least one hour before going to bet , take a light walk after every meal and take antacid like gelusil . Consult gastroenterologist for proper examination . Doctor may order endoscopy of esophagus or test to chaeck acidity of stomach . Doctor may prescribe H2 blocker and proton pump inhibitor .
