What Causes Excessive Night Sweats With Foul Odor?

I have been having night neck sweats. There is a very foul odor from these sweats. Since I sweat just about every night I tend to sleep without a shirt. This doesn t really help since I still sweat around my neck regardless when I sleep. Any suggestions?

Blood complete picture
Chest xray
In my opinion u should meet internal medicine specialist.
