What Causes Excessive Hair Loss?
My hairfall started shedding in very high amounts from the past 1-2 mnth. I dont why but started losing much hair. To lose weight I started a diet plan and avoided rice completely, I completely rely on juices, eggs and legumes. Is that the reason for my hairfall.....? So what to do to STOP my hairfall.

Causes for hair fall can be multiple. It is difficult pin point a specific cause. My suggestion get a thyroid test done, because if one has undiagnosed hypothyroidism can be one of the main causes. If TSH is high (even in a subclinical level) treatment with thyroxine will help in correction. In the mean time you may consult with a skin specialist to treat the hair fall. Thanks.
