What Causes Excessive And Frequent Urination?
I wnt to have a regular clean motion in the morning...For this i started water therapy...I drink 3 bottles of water in the morning....yes i do get my bowles cleaned for the day but has to face a problem of excessive and frequent urination,say after every 10-15 minutes and the process goes on for the full day,,,,I am thinking to stop taking so much water in the morning.......What to do ?????????/

Most commonly this is caused by uroinfection and this should be ruled out first. You need to do urine analysis and kidney ultrasound. If you are male,prostate enlargement may be considered as well. You can reduce fluid intake to 2liters.
