What Causes Excess Vomiting,chest Pain And Nausea?

I have had a couple of bad days lately with feeling super fatigue cheat pain and nausea. Picked up grandson and almost didnt make it to chair. Some pain under right arm. I have always heard your left arm hurts if heart. ? Don t know if should be concerned. Not hurting constantly but only when get up and start any physical activity. Any thoughts?

iknow always left arm cardiac involvment is related. all are scared of that. but simple frozen shoulder can effect right shoulder or arm. apply hot phomantation over right shoulder, can take physiotherapy. steroid injection onjoint should be last resort. can have ecg, and donot worry, you can lift your grand son and happy days will return.
