What Causes Excess Sleepiness, Neck Pain And Dizziness When With A History Of TIA?

I had a TIA about 8 years ago. Strokes run in my family. Now I am having chronic sleepiness, neck ache, and some dizziness. Symptoms disappear while walking on the treadmill, but recur as soon as I stop. Could that be an early indicator of a stroke in my future?
