sir my leg was operated 4 months earlier. i got fractured in my right leg in which both my bones tibia and fubla got fractured. now i am recovering but my penis did not stand as it was earlier. what are the reasons for that. in between 4 months i got nightfalls also

Leg fracture surgery and further treatment should not cause ED. You should consult your bone specialist who did your surgery just to make sure.
