I am 20 years old and i have been continously masturbating for 7 years my penis has become small about 4 inches during full erection and i am not having hard erection and got some marks or lining at base of penis.how can get my full and hard erection back

Decreased penis size and erectile dysfunction require further assessment with physical examination, testosterone levels, LH/FSH levels, prolactin levels to identify the cause.
Pituitary adenomas, gonadal failure etc can cause such symptoms. Please be advised to follow-up with your primary care provider for necessary evaluation.
