What Causes Erectile Dysfunction?

hello, i have seen signs of ED today. i never had this problem today but in the shower i was hard initially and suddenly just went soft. all today i couldnt get hard no matter what i did. i tryed masterbating later in the restroom to see what would happen and i ejaculated before even getting hard. is this due to stress or too much jerking it. i dont know whats going on.

You should have mentioned the age as it is a factor for erectile dysfunction. However let me assure you that it is not a serious problem. It happens at times as erection depends on your mental state, physical state, work load etc. One time or one day problem is not significant.

However if this problem persists please visit a general practitioner or urologist (if GP advises) or psychologist(again on the advise of GP) and follow their treatment.
