What Causes Erectile Dysfunction And Testicular Pain?
Currently experiencing erectile dysfunction along with testicular pain. I also notice a lump or swollen area on the right testicle and on the first of this month the doctor said there was a small cyst on the left testicle. He didn t care to do anything and after reading the reviews on him when he was in Arkansas he has a reputation of performing surgeries on the wrong organs that what was specified. But anyway, my first symptom was just testicular pain on both testicles. Then it progressed into when I would achieve an erection it would hurt. Now as of recently I can t get an erection at all and I m very scared. What do you think it could be?
You need to get an ultrasound scan of the scrotum. Lump in the testicular area has to be evaluated. It can be either a hernia or a benign lipoma or dangerous testicular cancer. Possibility of varicocele also has to be ruled out. Kindly get a scan as soon as possible. Erectile dysfunction is seen in patients with neurological problem, diabetes and varicocele and also in case of any tumor pressing on the nerves. Kindly get USG scan as soon as possible.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards, Dr. Sanjay Kini
