What Causes Erectile Dysfunction After Frenuloplasty?

I had a penile frenuloplasty 3 years ago. After the procedure I have noticed that my erections don t feel as good as before and I also urinate way more often. I was wondering if there is any surgical procedure that can restore my frenulum in its previous location therefore reconnecting my foreskin to my penile glans.

Hi.

I would recommend a visit to your surgeon to first rule out probable scar tissue from the previous surgery. I would also recommend a circumcision if that has not already been conducted. A circumcision can help restore healthier and stronger erections in some cases as the foreskin proves to be an obstruction and prevents healthy erections once the regions heals.

A repeat surgery is possible to change things, but how much of it will change for the better I cannot really say without an elaborate evaluation and profile.

Best wishes.
